Shipping & Returns


Crystal grids will be sent pre-assembled along with instructions, much like a crystal grid flatpack. The interior of the item will be filled with biodegradable & ecofriendly void-fill packaging to minimize risk of damage during transit.

All our items are safely packed into high quality postage boxes and shipped free of charge using express post with tracking. Due to the high value of items, our default delivery will require a signature. If you are not home during the time of delivery, a notification card will be left and the parcel taken to the post office for collection in person. You may request for the parcel to be left at a safe place through MyPost or email tracking notifications during delivery, but will have to contact Australia Post directly if it goes missing.

Should the item be sent back to us due to non-collection after Australia Post’s stipulated timeframe or a wrong/incomplete address was provided, no refund will be provided. Upfront payment of any additional postage charge incurred for re-delivery will be required before the re-posting of item. While it may be a hassle to collect items personally from the post office, we will really prefer for your items to reach you safely.


As our grids are custom-made to order, and cannot be re-activated for use by another customer, we do not accept returns. The crystals are made by nature and should be expected to have some imperfections as nature meant for it to be. Changing your mind after purchasing will not result in a refund. Please contact us within 48hrs of delivery if any product has been damaged during delivery.

Repair & Refund: Free repair if any crystal comes loose. If the frame has been damaged due to an accident, email for a repair quote to be provided. After the quote has been accepted in writing, please send item in bubble wrap and box (ideally the original packaging), take a picture of the postage receipt and email it to us. As a custom item, repair can take up to 2 weeks including transit time. Should the product be irreparable, a refund or store credit may be provided at the discretion of Geometricas Crystal.

Damaged in transit: While we make all reasonable steps to ensure the product's integrity upon delivery, there may be a slight chance it could be damaged in transit. In the unfortunate event of product damage, please take the package, item and product invoice to your nearest Australia Post office to have a damage report filled up. The product may be kept by Australia Post for inspection. Upon signing the waiver for compensation (we will process that claim directly with Australia Post), a brand new product will be made and sent to you.
